Orientation and Self Assessment of Researchers - Basic Seminar for EURAXESS Staff

ERA Talent project partners invite EURAXESS staff to an online seminar!

We will explore together the best ways for supporting the researchers at our organisations through arranging orientation and info days, personal consultations and guidance. This seminar is dedicated to sharing experience and using EURAXESS tools for researchers in our everyday work in supporting researchers' career. The seminar is suitable for both newcomer and experienced staff offering opportunity to learn about the best use of EURAXESS tools and share experiences on our internal organisation practices for serving researchers.

• Introduction on career path of a researchers and their needs at different career stages
• EURAXESS tools available on the European and national portals that we can use 
• Sharing experience of using these tools
• Discussion on our internal practices and tools for orientation and self assessment of researchers
• EURAXESS Communities of Practice for sharing Good Practice 
• EURAXESS European and local hubs building ties and new tools to support our work
